How long does a BLS certification course take?

Most BLS courses take approximately two hours. Final duration depends on class size, certification format, hands-on practice, testing and selected add-ons.

How long is BLS certification valid?

BLS certification is generally valid for two years. Some employers, schools or regulatory organizations may require more frequent training.

Is BLS different from a regular CPR course?

Yes. BLS is designed for healthcare providers and places added emphasis on high-quality CPR, ventilation, AED use, multi-rescuer response and team dynamics.

Can CPR 2 YOU provide BLS training at our workplace?
